Needed a bigger screen to use with my 14" laptop and this display was a good size with good reviews... and on sale. Have been using it for 2 months now and very pleased with the quality

This monitor has a great picture and is size great to watch a DVD or to for working between multiple apps. It would be nice to have a USB hub to attach a wireless keyboard & mouse and/or headset.

The hp 23es monitor is ideal for viewing movies, playing games and reading documents. It has screen settings for each mode. very thin screen size, displays colors naturally. I love it.

Needed a replacement monitor. This one was good quality at a good value. I make most of my purchasing decisions using that same logic. You can too. It’s not trademarked or copyrighted.

great deal on the monitor at best buy! big enough to help the eyes but not too big to take up too much space. I use it to connect to laptop and helps with the eye strain, especially late at night!

This was my first monitor purchase & I never knew what I was missing. Once you get a monitor, you'll never go back to just a laptop. Hp came with cord & accepts vga & hdmi. Great picture, love it.

I needed a second monitor to connect to my laptop for work from home purposes. So clear and that it important because sometimes the scanned images are distorted. Love this monitor!

I purchased two of these to accommodate my new IMac. The monitors look great next to the IMac as they match the silver with black thin boarder. For production purposes they work perfect.

I bought this for myself as I play a few online game (World Of Warcraft) (Aion) etc. The graphics are awesome! I can count how many leaves are on the trees in the game it's insane! Also when watching movies I can count the pores on people's faces.. (I know sounds weird) But what I'm saying is that this Monitor is so crisp and sharp. Huge upgrade from my last HP w1909. The price is great for this monitor. I have been a loyal customer with HP for my entire life. If you are a skeptical shopper like I am no worries with this Monitor You will love it. Lots of settings to choose from great size not to big and clearly not to small. I would recommend this to everyone and anyone

This monitor is easy to see, clear, and large. I used to get headaches from trying to see a small screen, but his monitor alleviates all that issue. I couldn't be more happy with this purchase.

Modern design, good resolution, fast ignition, it goes to safe mode automatically when it is not in use, very practical and the price is very accessible.

I have a vintage midcentury desk and many monitors were too large. This one fits nicely. I'm a photographer and very picky about color. I was surprised to get such quality at a really low price.

I needed to purchase a new monitor for my work laptop that allowed wide screen viewing (for spreadsheets and other business applications). This monitor was perfect. Inexpensive, yet very sharp images and high resolution. I just hope I get more than two years out of the equipment...unlike my last HP product.

Every year I look at monitors and always trend to the standards, this time I was caught off guard by the image quality. If you can get it st the right price I would opt for the 25".
