Purchased because of the size and weight of monitor. Use for work while I am traveling. Fairly light and transportable.

I was looking for the 2nd screen to better enable my (ack) working at home! The HP 23es was at the right price at the right time. Although I was looking for something that would just be the backboard for general tasks, I discovered a great LED HD that has also changed (in a better way) my private online time as well as helping my work. Now I need to step up my video card to allow scanning of the dual monitors instead of just "extend" or "duplicate".

Not being technically oriented, I found that the set up, with some instructions was really quite easy. The operation was just as easy. There are a couple of features that I really like on the camera. Have not had a lot of experience on the road yet, but look forward to gaining more fun. Thanks

For the price, this is a good monitor. Unfortunately, there are no internal speakers.

Thin screen, excellent picture, looks more expensive than what it is, beware, It does not include a VGA cable only HDMI.

Very impressed with ease of set-up and clarity of screen. This monitor is one of two screens I have attached to a single HP Desktop. Very easy installation as second screen and movement between the two screens, Better than a split screen that reduces size of everything opened. Great time saver.

Natural silver base and thin bevel gives monitor a professional look compared to black plastic in other monitors. The screen is sharp with easy on-screen controls to set color, contrast and brightness. 23" anti-glare is great for reading in lighted environment. Monitor comes with HDMI cable; no VGA cable.

I connect my 13" MacBook Pro (Retina) (and sometimes my spare Windows 10 laptop) to this monitor via HDMI whenever I feel it. The colors pop out, everything is crisp and clear. If you're looking for a monitor that has a sharp, clear picture, this is it. For the price, it's a steal. You won't regret it.

If you need a good sized monitor at a reasonable price with good overall display quality this is a good value.

I was getting eye strain form my lap top but as soon as I started using the HP monitor I starting seeing better.

Monitor is clear and crisp and works great. Nice color reproduction I think for what it is used for. No issues after about 2 years. Price I paid was about average. This wasn't used as a gaming monitor, but just a office desktop one.

I needed an HDMI-capable monitor for my work laptop. This fit the bill and it was on sale. Minimal assembly and set up required - simply click a few pieces together, connect the power cord, connect the HDMI cable, and you're ready to go. It's a nice big screen, and the display quality is very good.

I bought this because I thought my old VGA monitor died. It turns out it was a PC problem instead but I don't care because I got this monitor and it looks FANTASTIC! HD Video looks especially good on it. Very smooth / fluid. I am strongly considering buying another one for my two monitor set-up.

Monitor is excellent for the price. Using it for general computing and photos works very well. Would recommend

Definitely worth the price we paid on sale. Not good for color correction but great second monitor.

I like the size and the display is thin and bright. I use it at 1920x1080 resolution... Works great.
