Gets the job done

All three failed within 1 week

I left one plugged in and it magically started working a few days later. The other two are sitting in my office until I can make time to deal with their packaging to return.

Second Screen for College Courses

Poor choice for Win7 with Ryzen 3800x?

On the same system, this monitor kept blacking out, only occasionally, but unpredictably, and turning back on in a few seconds. If I turned the monitor on, but the system screensaver was blank, it kept making disconnecting and reconnecting sounds in Windows. It kept forgetting the resolution setting and defaulting to the highest a few times/day. Worst of all, the keyboard kept disconnecting, staying disconnected for ~5-10 secs., and reconnecting. With a replacement ViewSonic refurb, I've only had one unexplained blackout with it, and none of any of the rest. It has sound too. Don't know if is a monitor or a compatibility problem. The new ViewSonics support Win7.
