it has a very slow response to the mouse I do not recommend it for someone demanding

Bought in store for a Christmas gift. Should have had them open box before purchasing due to lack of complete set up. I do not usually post reviews, especially bad ones, but sensing I am now going to have to drive almost 2 hours for the return, I'm fairly irritated.

Keyboard would not sync with mouse and didn't work when I received it Took the key board mouse and usb back to local best buy wanted me to bring the whole computer back after it is all set up on a job site - - Sometimes just can't reason Tried calling customer service all could do is return all - - not an option

The visual of the screen is great however the screen doesn't move up and down

The video quality is poor. I bought this monitor and lasted less than a year before it malfunctioned. This is a faulty product. I purchased this same model about the same time and it started to also experience tech issues.

Nicely packaged, small amount of assembly required was straightforward, color and corner to corner uniformity are excellent. Size is perfect for my situation and the price was very acceptable. No reservations about this purchase!

I’ve had this for a handful of months and the screen is all dark and the plugs are faulty. This makes using dual screens a nightmare. Ive called CS to resolve and nope help at all. This product is a lemon.

The salesperson did not check to make sure this monitor would fit my lap top so now I am stuck having to purchase an additional cord-which delays my ability to use. I expect the salesperson to know the equipment.

I have purchased 5 of these the last set I bought I just put together after moving in our new house and they are so wobbly. It seems they should be covered by some kind of warranty!

Wrong item, the store clerk, the one on the knee cart, swore this was the correct item and would connect to my lap top. It didn't. I live four hours from a Best Buy, so haven't been able to return it yet.

Screen broke within a couple months of using.. I don’t touch the monitor with my hands and u sure of how it happened. Very disappointed.

The monitor came with an HDMI cable, so I had it connected to my laptop quickly. Putting the stand on the back was simple and no tools were needed. I like the base being open since I can set my two small knick-knacks on my desk in it or it would be a nice place for pens. I'll have to pick up the monitor to dust the desk since the desk shows, but I still like the sleeker look of the base open. Great viewing angle and I don't get a glaring reflection from the lamps in my room! I played around a bit to adjust the color, brightness, etc., and the buttons and menus are easy to figure out and use. It doesn't come with a manual, so I looked a couple of things up online to know what I was adjusting. The HP Enhance made images look great, but blurred/fuzzed the text on my OneNote, so I turned that back off. It also has a cool, neutral, warm, and native, night, and custom RGB options for color. I assume the blue-light filter is doing its job. It doesn't have much of a frame around the top and sides and I like that - it doesn't feel like you have a frame crowding in on your viewing area. And again, no glare from the lamps/lighting in my room on the screen. Short of it: quick to set up, easy to adjust settings, minimal frame, and no glare.

Quality was terrible- screen resolution was not good at all. My eyes were so fatigued looking at this for a few hours. I returned it the next day.

This review is only for the delivery...the delivery people left my monitor and keyboard outside my business for anyone to just walk off with!

Monitor broke 2 weeks after purchase. Monitor started displaying a green vertical line thru the screen after 2 weeks. I had to return the monitor.

It lags out everything and it becomes unusable at times. Couldn’t even return it because the return period ran out. This is a pretty trash display.

Monitor lasted one year. We would certainly expect for the price for this product to last longer.

I didn’t buy a monitor I bought a Corsair 1000w power supply Best Buy’s computer system is garbage

The monitor didn’t turn on , I’m been trying to get it but is impossible

Came with broken screen. Requires laptop to be on at the same time as this screen which makes it worthless.
