Ok Monitor most of the time

I checked the connections and all check out snug, no loose connections. I believe it only does this at start up, when the monitor is cold. I can live with it for now, but a little disappointed in the quality.

easy to install
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.had a problem shortly after i got this monitor, called hp, not very helpful, hard to understand, and the monitor buttons are underneath, and very small, hard to reach and the adjustments one can make from there are going off if you have to think a minute what to do, and you start all over again.
