    This was my second time purchasing this exact laptop from Best Buy - it is very sensitive and the screen easily defects from moving this monitor from place to place, even when protected and done carefully. Before this 27", I had a similar HP 24" monitor that I never had any issues with.

    Flimsy base. The monitor moves side to side in the base, too much play. I cannot get the monitor to be level in the base. The monitor slopes slightly downward from right to left but enough to be noticeable. Very frustrating and now I need to take the time to return.
