One of the three that I purchased doesn't work. And with Covid19, returning it to Best Buy wasn't really possible. Now can't return :( Similar situation with another set of three monitors of different brand. 33% fail rate not encouraging.

Nice color goes up and down easily. Couldn’t be better

I am content with the product. Display, weight and size are nice. However, the stand clips into the screen (no adjustability) and it tends to wobble a bit with any movement. Glad I bought on sale.

I needed larger monitors for viewing legal documents and this missed the mark. The monitors often pixelated and I purchased them thinking I could mount them. No, you cannot mount these without needing an adaptor that cost $25 per adaptor which I needed two. I found the monitors would often glitch when dragging documents from one monitor to the next.I also found that you could not make pull the screen up or down could only be tilted which I needed a bit extra height so these did not work for me despite being a cheaper alternative with a large screen. I ended up returning after only having for a week.

I bought it for my job and it works well for that.

Great monitor for home office. Nice and slim outlook.

I bought this monitor about a month ago and have had a problem with the screen going black for a couple of seconds and it has been happening more frequently. I've also had some thin black lines appear on the screen. The monitor does not have speakers, and there was a comment you could plug earphones into it. I looked all over and did not find a place to plug them in. When I had my earphones plugged into my laptop there was no sound. It turns out I had to change the setting on my laptop to have the sound be from my laptop. I think my monitor may be a lemon and will be returning for a replacement which is a pain.

Very nice monitor for $150 and worth the price. My only complaint is that when looking at certain documents and photo's, they appeared a little grainy. Returning for a monitor with upgraded resolution.

This is a very nice monitor. It is very responsive to my gaming. My only wish for this monitor is that it had a camera. In today's world with online meetings, gaming, video chat, etc. a camera is a must have.

The screen resolution is pretty impressive. Bought it during the black friday sale..pretty much satisfied with this purchase. I'm even thinking about adding a second monitor at my home office.

I ordered two screens. Overall I’m happy with the screens, however one of the screens came with a mark In the center. Tried to clean it off thinking it was just dirty but it wasn’t. It’s disappointing.

Product was listed on offer during memorial day which was most of the in out of stock. But just on the last day or the offer period it was show as available with same discounted price and so I quickly place the order. Order was available for pick up only after 6/3 but got a notification saying ready for pick up on 5/29. I was excited and went to pick up to Dublin as requested. It was a curbside side so I just waited in my car and item was placed in the car Trunk. After reaching home when I picked the box it was already damaged here and there. It was having some one else shipping address and inside the packing was messy. Now my question to Best Buy, for opened box product there is always a category to select but my order was not in that category then why such opened, messy and damage packed box was deleivered to me ?? Is it because I picked up at curbside during this pandemic situation or is it because I placed an order during offer period all products with a discounted offer can be in any condition Best Buy can sell it without giving proper description???

The colors on the screen were not very sharp or true. For example, the white looked generally very yellowish. Great price but I wouldn’t keep if I were using this monitor everyday

This monitor has great picture quality, but there is no audio nor any audio ports available.
