Looked great before powering on, then after power on the backlight bleeding was terrible. Colors were also not that vibrant. I guess for the price its a decent monitor if you can get one without the LED bleeding.

Easy to put stand on . I didn't need a screwdriver. Plug in and go . I had to figure out the settings. There are no instructions, and nothing on the monitor marking which was which . So it is trial and error. I found out in order to have the the monitor work it has to be set on the display or HDMI which ever is active. If you hit it accidently you have to figure out which button to get it back on . Slim , Lightweight , attractive and once you get your settings{ whatever your preferences are} it is amazing . You need to go into windows setting to change frame rate but really is no need to. I love it

Not intuitive. Did not work well with 2020 Apple Macbook Pro 16 inch. Picture blurry and unable to adjust. Exchanged and purchased an LG 27UL600 and it works great with my computer.

Monitor arrived broken. Really nice surprise for my son on Christmas Day. And it came with the added surprise of spiders in the box. Really disappointed Best Buy. Thanks a lot.... Smh.

Wrost product i ever seen in my life. Never buy HP again and from best buy both are selling low quality uality product and making customer fool This never works

I guess you get what you pay for. I bought this on 8/31/ and and it failed on Oct 2. Best Buy won't accept it back.

Bought this item less than a year ago and now the monitor is flickering, connected another monitor and works just fine. (Maybe just a defected one)

On the positive - No light bleed. Blurry picture. Terrible contrast. Washed out screen. Blacks appear gray. Not even dark gray. Looks like a very cheap tn panel from 2003.

Very bad quality item. I realized the colors are faded. I was told it's too late (after 15 days) to have it replaced. Never buy again from Best Buy.

Works great and easy to set up. Looks good too. Great for home office.

Must admit we’ve been an HP shop for many years, so I’m definitely biased. However, that doesn’t mean I’m not objective. This 27” is the perfect size for a work monitor, but you do need room to set it back a little further than a smaller monitor. It also has dual VGA & HDMI ports which is helpful for a work-from-home setup. The picture is crisp, especially for this price point. The thin bezel gives it a sleek look, and it is 75Hz. I’m not a heavy gamer, but I didn’t notice any stuttering as I have in the past with other monitors. On the negatives: the base could be a littler sturdier. There are no speakers, although I’ve never been a big fan of monitor speakers. They always sound cheap & tinny anyway. Overall, this is a very good home or office choice for the price.

The first thing that I noticed about the monitor that it was really light and had a sleek look to it. The bezel is slim and unobtrusive which gives it a nice high tech fell. I bought it for my desktop to do work and web browsing. I occasionally hook up my PS4 to play games on it. The screen is nice and big and text is easy to read. Also the colors really pop. The 5 ms response makes gaming nice and smooth and I never have any motion issues while playing or watching videos on it. Assembly took about 2 minutes and it comes with vga and hdmi ports so that you can hook up older pcs if you need to. The only downside is that the monitory only goes up to 1080p. But for the price it cannot be beat.

Brought this on Dec 15th... hardly used... Completely died within 2 months (Hardly used for a month)

Monitor died on us. Will stay on for about 30 seconds then fades to black.

flimsy stand, screen resolution is barely helpful. Horrible, had I known, I never would have bought it.

For the price it's available at now this monitor is practically a steal! It's huge, thin and very sleek for a 27" monitor, without feeling 'flimsy' at all. The stand is cool-looking as well (sort of Star Trekish) and very easy to put together---I didn't need any tools at all as hand-tightening was more than sufficient. Out of the box and plugged in and playing took maybe 15 minutes. I'm very impressed with how thin this monitor is--it looks amazing! It also barely has a bezel to it, so you're looking at all screen! The stand tilts up and down very easily--which I love since I'm 6'2" and need to tilt screens up most of the time to be a comfortable viewing angle. The ports are pretty limited, and there are no speakers installed which makes this a great option for a gaming monitor since I'm typically on headphones anyway (I also have separate computer speakers so wouldn't have used on-board speakers anyway). It's a great way to help keep the costs down so all the expense can go straight to the monitor. HP also includes two different connection wires--which is almost unheard of anymore! Most important, the picture is terrific. I have a 4k TV and I use that for movie-watching. I use my computer for work, family pictures and movies, and gaming. For me (as, I suspect, is the case for most gamers) 1080p is more than sufficient. The picture is sharp and beautiful, even on the most detailed games (Far Cry 5 looks stunning on this monitor) and the reaction time seems on the money, even though my video card is made by the 'other guys' (i.e. not AMD) which this monitor is made to be paired with. I can't imagine there's much of a difference. There are fairly in-depth controls, though I found them a pain to use. They're located on the right underside of the monitor, and are very awkward to try and toggle through since you have to have your hand facing upward to use them. My biggest annoyance with this monitor was how many times I accidentally hit the wrong button while trying all the different modes. Fortunately it's mostly "set and forget"--I put it on the gaming preset and found that looks great for everything I do, so I've just left it there. If you're looking for an expensive looking 27" monitor that delivers (especially for gaming),but don't want to pay the usual prices then this is the one for you!

I returned the purchase - because it took the Geek Squad to long to set it up for me

bestbuy shows opned box excellent condition but it was heavily used and screen has many scratches..
