Purchased a new monitor that was an open box.

We were concerned that the box had someone else's address. The sales associate assured me that it was not an open box. I had purchased the exact monitor from Amazon a few weeks earlier. This was to be my second monitor. Side-by-side, it was evident that the picture quality was not as sharp as the exact one I purchased from Amazon. Returned item without any issues. Still rating this product high based on the one I purchased from Amazon. This one in particular may have just been bad.

Great monitor but need an adapter to mount

I bought 2 of these to replace older monitors on a Vivo 3 monitor stand. First monitor purchase in a long time and didn't realize it would require an adapter to mount them. Vivo had those and they were easy to use. These monitors are nice and light for travel and (so far) looks amazing in use. For less than $200 range, these are awesome. I am not a gamer so not able to speak to performance in that area.

ONE FLAW
