Keys are very noisy and don't respond well to the speed of my typing. It takes the keyboard awhile to catch up, and I find I often have to wait on it. There is no caps lock light (I just assumed that a keyboard would have that.).The mouse has stopped working several times in the past few weeks - not the computer..... just the mouse. I'm going to toss this and order something more reliable. Makes it really hard to work remotely without a reliable keyboard and mouse. Would not recommend this product.

Mouse was OK. The keyboard was slow and not accurate. Some times I was not able to logon on my computer because the password was not reproduced correctly. I had to return it.

I wanted an HP keyboard and mouse for my HP tower. It does the job but you need to have the tower and keyboard next to each other. Wireless range is poor. Oddly, the mouse is further but works well.

The keys on the keyboard do not always add the letter or number that I want. There is a lot of going back over the words and corrections due to the keyboard strokes not working right

As weird as this may sound, i did not like the way the keys clicked when you press on them. The position of the delete button was slightly off set and i kept on missing it.

I had to replace this keyboard after just a few months. The communication between the keyboard and the computer kept dropping.

I was shocked to find that a HP product was so bad. It sticks and won't type or keeps typing the same letters/numbers. Just purchased and now have to go buy something else.

I didn't like this one bit. The mouse is tiny and the keyboard lags and at times is just completely unresponsive. I had to hit keys numerous times before it would respond and actually produce a character on screen. I am a consultant and usually work exclusively from a laptop but wanted a keyboard and mouse for when I work from home. This was so frustrating to use that I took it back after 2 days. Back to logitech I go.

The communication between the keyboard and computer was very poor for a “wireless” keyboard. Was not happy with it.

Bought hp expected top performance. Bt only worked 8 to 10 inches away from lap top. Bought another brand for less and worked 12 ft away. Hp was not worth the money

Read tons of review before purchasing this item. Thought it would be good. Turned out to be very bad. After a week of use, I am buying a better one. Surprised HP is selling products of such poor quality. Issues: 1. Some keys need to be pressed with certain force that too at a certain angle. This is especially problematic when you type a password that is not echoed as such. 2. Pressing keys creates lot of noise 3. No lighted indicator for caps lock. 4. Mouse movement is not smooth.

I bounght this keyboard and mouse combo because of the copy paste buttons. I have found that the mouse is too sensitive, when u turn down the sensitivity there is no sweet spot. The keyboards keys will often not type when fully depressed. It has been an overall bad Experience. The only good thing i will say is the copy paste feature is great and the button location is great for comfort of repeated use.

After 3 weeks of regular use, keystrokes are not registering, a few keys require abnormal force, and the mouse wheel is erratic now as of yesterday. Best buy refuses to return and HP says that they no longer support this keyboard even though it is new. Buy Microsoft or Logitech and stay away from this junk

This feels like the typical keyboard from the 1980's. Each keystroke must be long & precise to register.

Started having issues with missing key strokes. Lot of trouble loging into sites with passwords. You will definitely miss some characters. It's pain. Mouse works fine though. I wanted to return it but I missed my return deadline buy a day. Please stay away from this product. I wanted another one, but it's only two months and don't have money for another one right now. So planning to use it as long as the mouse works.

when you get done typing you have to go back and check the spelling because it misses letters even though you typed the letter

Mouse works great. The keyboard however has no indicator lights for Caps lock, Scroll, etc. I wish I would have returned it.

Wireless mouse stopped working after returnable date. So now I am stuck with a non working mouse.

I purchased this product on May 31, it it June 22 and I'm already having problems with it. I bought it because i work from and when i type i need accuracy and this doesn't help with that. I noticed that i press a key and it doesn't register it. I thought it was me, but nox you have to press suuuper hard

Regardless if the batteries are new, this keyboard fails to stay connected, often leaving a solid minute of no responsiveness.
