Keystrokes do not always register

Yet I cannot believe how many words are missing letter after I type a paragraph. This keyboard should come with a sledgehammer to pound the keys. If you are using this keyboard, make sure you "put the pedal to the metal" for each key. Only by fully bottoming out the contact, can you have a reasonable assurance that the letter will register.

Keyboard isnotvery good

It seems to lose its connection sometimes and the edges ofthe space bar do not work well. This causes my typing to miss spaces at times whichis annoying. I left the space issue on purpose,Iam not just illiterate. I'm switching back tomy old keyboard now. The mouse works fine.

Tiny Mouse, inappropriate set up of special keys

Also, the special keys which comes left and right sides of the keyboard is annoying, when you try to use the Shift. tab keys your fingers automatically go to the left side of keys, which I feel uncomfortable.

No replacement parts
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The keyboard and mouse are good, but if you lose or damage the USB receiver, the whole unit is useless. My USB receiver was damaged and HP does not sell replacements, nor will the unit work with a Bluetooth USB receiver. The USB connector is tiny and easy to lose/break. Too bad that it doesn't store in the mouse (like others) or this might not have happened. I'm just upset that now I have to buy a whole new unit instead of just replacing the receiver. If you are going to never move the computer or unit around, then this would be fine, definitely not useful for portable use.

That is what you need to do with this piece of junk, even on the space bar. (I purposefully didn't correct the non-space in the first sentence. This has been a problem from the start and I would have returned it if I hadn't put the box out for recycling.
