The mouse worked just fine but the keyboard could not keep up with my typing. I found way too many errors in my documents. Not sure if this was caused by intermittent signal or slow processor. I moved the USB dongle as close as possible and readjusted the location of my keyboard multiple times with no effect. I shouldn't have to do this. I ended up returning this product and getting a $10 USB keyboard. Best decision ever.

Good for the money but not comfortable to type on. Recommend you spend a bit more for the nicer keyboards!

Should be 0 stars. Worked for days on income tax paperwork only to notice that the number pad wasn't working and wouldn't type every number. Forcing me back to my corded keyboard and to REDO/VERIFY DAYS OF PAPERWORK AND NUMBERS and Best buy wouldn't exchange it or refund my money. STAY AWAY!

    One minor complaint

Nice and lite full-sized keyboard. My only problem is that, for the price, they should include a regular-size mouse, like the X4000, not the laptop/ travel size that is included. Other than that, I really like it.

    Slippery Keyboard!

I have always purchased Logitech keyboards/mice in the past however this product was an "open box" deal and I thought I would give it a try. The rubber feet to keep the keyboard from slipping around weren't rubber! They did nothing to secure the keyboard in place. I ultimately returned this item for a Logitech which is what I should have stuck with in the first place.

    ok but not sturdy

The mouse and the keys are fine but the overall construction is a bit flimsy. I tend to hammer on the keys and this keyboard flexes and jumps around. If you have a softer touch then it would probably be fine.

Pros: Cordless, works great within 3ft of your computer, hot key control. Cons: No 'Caps On' alert and doesn't work beyond 5ft. Nice price but the distance is too big of an issue to rate higher.

    keyboard works, but features bad.

bought this keyboard to be a basic keyboard. when i got it home, i set it up and all went well. i didn't turn on the mouse because the wireless mouse that came with my computer was still working fine. the bad part with the keyboard may seem petty but there is no indicator lights for the caps lock and number lock key. i thought that was standard on keyboards. as a result, i returned it a couple of days later.

I am a medical transcriptionist and work on computer 8 hours a day! I cannot use ergonomic keyboards, and this looked close to what I normally use. Letters are hesitating or sticking, and then for no reason letters are repeating over and over like thhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhis ?? (and... no. I am not holding them down!) Piece of junk!

Good touch for keyboard but poor wireless

I got this combo with an HP computer thinking that would work better with parent product. The keyboard touch is good but the wireless caused me to miss letters with typing. After considerable time spent with this frustration, I finally used the wired keyboard and of course had no other typing issues or missing letters. Also would have been nice if HP actually supports this product. I should have returned it to bestbuy within the 15 days but kept thinking that it might start working better.

    Small Mouse

The mouse on the Keyboard & Mouse combination is a small mouse - the size of a travel size mouse. I bought this to be my everyday set and the mouse is too small to use for that purpose. it is difficult to click. The Keyboard is an OK keyboard, but not great. I recommend skipping this item and getting a different set.

    delayed keyboard

I got this to eliminate cords to my computer. I use it in my very small living room. I had it plugged in for not even 1 hour and put it back in the box. If you are using the keyboard the mouse did not work as the mouse is connecting to the computer and the keyboard appears to be connected through the mouse. Then to get the mouse moving again I would have to wait several seconds for it to switch back over. So trying to research and even playing simple games where you are switching back and forth it makes you wait. Also I tried just using the mouse for 10 minuets and it constantly was behind and waiting for it to show that it moved. Terrible item do not buy if you want reliable speed. And this is no quick fix item either.

Like other reviewers here and on the HP site, I had issues with the reliability of the keyboard. I purchased the package for my son and he started complaining immediately that the keyboard was defective. I gave him my Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse and installed the HP keyboard downstairs. The response of the keyboard was extremely laggy. Keystrokes were not recorded and trying to erase an error was an exercise in futility. I ended up returning the keyboard.
