Fortunately I invested in the Geek Squad services to help me navigate Windows 10, load software, and for future troubleshooting. I have been impressed with the advice and services provided by the Best Buy staff!

Very fast, a lot of storage available, and works great!

With replacement of memory with solid state technology, this is a good configuration for home use.

My old computer was ten years old and has been slowing down with each year, so I went ahead and purchased this computer at the suggestion of an employee (the sale didn't hurt, either). I have it placed in my front room and have it project to the TV. I've noticed it is much quicker in processing and much quieter in running. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase.

This computer is attractive, fast and everything I need in a computer.

I bought this tower to replace an old one we had that had been crashing hoping to just get one that worked. I was very pleased with the performance after a week or so. It runs very smoothly and I haven't had an issue so far. The only thing I wish it had is a VGA or a DVI port since one of the screens I had didn't have an HDMI port. Other than that, it's great!

Great unit. Very easy to set up with Windows 10. Much faster.

Previous desktop died after 11 years. Used my son’s expertise to select the best new one for my needs. Because it was out of stock it had to be picked up at a later date. My son was no longer visiting when I picked it up, but even I was able to set it up and get it working.

This is a very nice, inexpensive computer. Fast and reliable.

Very competent computer. Great speed with the solid state hybrid drive. DVD drive is good but with a noisy eject. USB ports on the top deck are awkwardly placed. Worst thing is a weirdly pulsating fan noise. The fan itself is quiet. Very fast boot. For the price...a good machine.

The solid state memory adds speed to start up and is a perfect compliment to the disk storage

This is the fastest and best computer I have ever owned. I have been an IT professional for 25 years before retiring several years ago. I directed a department that supported and serviced many different makes and models of computers and other electronic devices. Considering all of that experience, there is no problem recommending this device...

Defective first purchase and had to be refunded and repurchase--initially store wanted to send in for repair even though we only had it at home 1 day. Much supervisory interaction and finally able to return and buy new. Clumsy USB plugins at a slant on top and not in front. Has the power I need but would not repurchase. Expensive and did not get on sale.
