Lacks ports for older peripherals

I needed an adapter to attach my display and could not find an adapter for my keyboard. The supplied keyboard and mouse use a single usb dongle and the keyboard stalls out, I had to use another bluetooth keyboard that has no number pad. I recommend only if you are replacing the display and have a good Bluetooth keyboard. Just too many problems.

Great price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I always buy HP desktops, so I caught a good sale price with this one, however, I am not happy with the sideways access to the CD area and the usb ports are not in a good location either, they are on top and I store my tower inside a cabinet at my computer desk so I had to plug in a usb port for easier access. The computer itself runs great, but if I had to do it over again, I would probably go with a different model.

I went to Best Buy and one of the good guys that they have show me this computer and compared with other computer. This computer takes just seconds to upload so I am enjoying this amazing PC. Thanks to the attention of the salesman I saved money and have a great pc.

So far it has been a good computer.

We did have to purchase a different keyboard as the original one we just didn't like the way it felt (cheap). Instead we purchased a Logitech 800 series which has a lighted keyboard that we both like. And it feels much better when typing.

I liked the first and, after a month of use, I love this one. It's fast and has some neat features built in. It was truly plug and play from the very first. It has been trouble free ever since I purchased it. This is an excellent computer. I'm glad I bought it.

Easy set up out of the box

Out of the box it took only a few minutes to be up and running and transferring files from my old hard drive. HP in my experience is reliable. I took McAfee off immediately and use AVG free for protection - it has not failed me yet.
