Purschased this computer , for lite gaming and entertainment for my sister. So I have had no issues with this product.

Easy setup. Much faster then my 4 year old laptop!

AS a small business owner this computer gives me the speed and storage I need.

Bought for one of my customers who's desktop died. With this having it's OS on a solid state drive, it's fast, REALLY FAST. Outstanding system - build quality is really good and it looks good too! The wireless mouse and keyboard that are included are a great touch too! Would buy again!

Our old Gateway was easy, and fulfilled every need in our personal life and our business. After 12 years, when it finally expired, I was dreading getting used to another brand--because we have been very satisfied with our HP printer, we tried this HP model, and it has so far met and exceeded our expectations.

I've had this HP for a month now to replace an old Dell. This new system is super fast and quiet, no issues to date. Best Buy did a price match for me bc the tower was on sale at the manufacturers site. This saved me from having to wait to have it shipped, so I grabbed one from my local Best Buy instead.

I needed a new computer. My old one was with windows vista. I actually was afraid of trying windows 10 but I found it very easy to navigate. I just needed to purchase the tower since I had a HDMI monitor already. It was very easy to set up. I did have to buy a HDMI cable for the monitor though.

I was in need of a workhorse for my work-at-home job and this HP seems to have fulfilled that need. I was extremely happy with the purchase price and the fact that it has all the bells and whistles needed for my particular work. I thought I wanted to move back to Dell, but am happy I stuck with HP.

This computer is fast and reliable. My only complaints are with the included nose and keyboard. The keyboard will often input multiple letters with one keystroke. The mouse also freezes occasionally. I wish it had better internal graphics as well but that would have been more pricey.

The computer was easy to setup and performed as expected in every way.

Haven't had the opportunity to experience the full capabilities yet, but so far definitely worth it.

I purchased this computer and when I tried to install Microsoft Office 2016 the machine locked up. A machine that once booted up in seconds now took 10 minutes. I called HP service and they said there must have been a problem with initial loading of operating system software and I'd have to wipe my machine and reload everything. The service technician was very nice and walked me through the entire process. After two hours, I tried again to download Microsoft Office 2016 and the machine locked up again. I was not happy. I did get a message that I need to update some software. Once I did that I was able to successfully download Microsoft Office 2016. Praying that machine continues to work properly. Seems like HP service technicians troubleshooting process is less robust than it should be.

This pc has done everything I wanted it to minus the one thing I needed it for (photo editing). If you’re going to do anything requiring the use of memory for graphics I would recommend upgrading the ram or adding a graphics card to the pc. Overall a great product though.

Hp has never disappointed me and has lived up to my expectation. There was a seamless transition from my old computer to this new one.

Very Happy with this purchase . Still learning all the curves with this new desktop , but as of right now I like it's speed and it's look . I would definitely recommend this computer . Just remember , you'll need a monitor that has an HDMI port, as this does not have a VGA port

The best thing I like is the sound quality that is coming out of my speakers, nice sound card.

We replaced our older PC with this new wireless PC. It's clearly an upgrade for us based on speed. Geek Squad did a good job in setting it up and transferring all our data from old PC, with some quick tutorials. We've had a few challenges and had to restart it when things didn't progress as expected. Overall, happy with the purchase.

Good value for the money. Computer is fast and efficient
