The first tower I bought went to a non-responsive black screen and had to be replaced. The second tower I got is working exactly how I expected it to work. I use it for an at home office computer so no gaming or anything fancy but it does work well for what I need it to do.

Love my new computer.....I replaced an old Gateway computer with this one. It is much quicker compared to my old computer. I thought the price was fair, computer loads up very quickly. The computer runs smoothly.

Small enough to fit on the desk so flash drive and be used with comfort. The girls like that there are so few cords coming out the back. They like that it is wireless and so much faster than their old computer.

first desktop purchase in over 10 years. ready to go in seconds after in sleep mode. home use desktop does what you need and I have two screens hooked up to this - as this has two HDMI ports

I purchased this item for my small business. I needed a computer that was reasonably priced but had the capacity and features that would last as my business grows. This computer fit that requirement perfectly!

operating system is on solid state drive which provides ultra fast boot up and data access. hdmi output , wireless mouse and keyboard! very satisfied. purchased less than a month ago. so far so good

I am still learning all the functions of my new Envy but I love how fast it is. I am not waiting minutes for it to boot up. I am amazed every time I sit down to use it. It was an excellent choice.

The computer is amazingly fast. Although Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016 are way different from what I've been used to, I am getting used to them and am beginning to like them. Glad I made this purchase.

We had a Dell desktop for family use that was not user friendly for my husband so we went with HP for his office. We are still in the process of training him but he is finding it much easier to use.

Waited a while until Best Buy had a new shipment of this HP Envy Desktop. I absolutely love it. Its Windows 10 and I like it better than Windows 8, which I have on my laptop & I am now researching to get a new HP laptop with Windows 10. Great choice I made.

Decided to upgrade my computer. Looked at a few towers and picked this one because it was on sale and the manager said it was the best computer in my price range.. very fast startup. Some glitches with the mouse and keyboard but they were free with the tower.

Fast and works great. Only downfall is I hate the pre-installed apps that I never use, but that is the way every computer is unless you purchase business computers which are no different than home models.

This is a super desktop computer--reliable, with a lot of storage capacity, and a DVD player, something that most laptops no longer have. Plus, the brushed metal case is attractive.

I bought this recently — it is quick and great for everything I need. I have had one small issue I haven’t been able to fix; my Logitech Bluetooth adapter won’t work and I have to use the HP adapter and keyboard. Otherwise everything has been good.

My family has had this computer for about 2 years and it's great. It won't blow the doors off anybody, but if you need it for basic homework/personal use, it's great.

Was pleased with the knowledge of the sales person. Got the computer home and set up and liked it but just a few days later it became unresponsive. Had to be without it for 2 or 3 days in the first week. It was repaired and seems to be working fine now and I do like it. Thank goodness I purchased the Geek Squad!

For the price is good for what I received in the hard drive. The girl that helped me had answers for all my questions. She offered to check other stores for one that I wanted Koodles to her.

So far, so good. I bought a HP Envy Desktop 750-14. I think the keyboard and mouse are of inferior quality. I replaced them with a Logitech, which is much better. Other than that, it works fine.

I needed a system just for school. I explained to the salesman what I needed. He was very knowledgeable and suggested all of the appropriate equipment. Everything is working as expected.
