I needed a new desktop and this model had all the features I want in a computer. This is a fast responding machine with ample memory and plenty of USB ports and an HDMI port.

Have been using it almost 4 weeks. happy with it. I like the solid hard drive supplement to the regular hard drive as it makes boot time quite short. No problems so far.

HP has been a tried and true brand for me and Best Buy always provides a good value. I'm happy with the computer, though not thrilled with the Windows 10 apps-based software.

Super fast startup. Everything about this PC is so fast! I was nervous about switching up to windows 10 from XP, but this HP makes it easy! And all for a great price!

The setup was very easy and fast. There were no updates to install in the video card was terrific I would recommend this machine. It is a great deal especially for the price

wireless mouse and keyboard don't work properly, mouse lags real bad where it's actually unusable and the keyboard types multiple letters at random times, I havemt tried replacing the batteries yet but maybe that will help

I read a lot of reviews for a home computer before choosing this. Have not been disappointed with this purchase. Love the start up speed of the solid state hard drive.

This is a very capable, no-frills computer, with great features and an affordable price. Purchased for my in-laws, and they have been very happy with it so far.

I know little about computers, but this one seems good. Very quiet. Starts up and runs quickly and no problems thus far (1 month). I actually don't mind Windows 10.

Have always purchased HP products and never has a problem. I find this 12GB fast, efficient, and just what I wanted. I don't have a problem with Windows 10.
