Great computer to replace my old out of date computer. Geek Squad was wonderful in setting up and transferring my information from my old computer.

Has taken me along time to get use to windows 10. Have found that it take 3-4 steps to get to something. Not like earlier versions of windows where everything was on the desktop. That eas easy

After using this desktop for a couple of months it so far does what I need it to do - email, internet searches, basic documents. It boots fairly quickly and has not caused me any problems.

I bought this computer for my office. I was thinking about just building a computer but the specs of this computer were just what i needed.

I have not used it very much because a particular program I use is on my laptop and I was not able to transfer it to this new computer

my old computer broke so i went to best buy and with the help there i made this purchase of my new computer it works great

Sometimes keyboard keys stick, but other than that, it is a great product. It takes some time to get used to Windows 10, but I am learning.

This desktop was purchased for the office. Start up time is quick. Comes with a wireless keyboard and mouse. Perfect for office use.

I needed another computer for the home office and found this, with some help, in the clearance area. It has worked well.

computer working well. I gave it a four star because the the CD player is much less quality than my previous Dell. It feels flimsy and it is hard to get the CD into the player.

Very poor operating instructions came with the package. Not enough USB ports but the best of those available in the store. For instructions on linking items together with Bluetooth wireless device. No discussion of optimum keyboard mouse combos. Support on the HP website minimal. Keyboard the came with desktop had to be ditched within two days because of the poor design of the keyboard. After using the hardware to replace desktop that prided itself after two weeks I have finally got it working reasonably.

2nd identical model we bought. Using in a home office setting so we added Windows 10 Pro. Has dual DVI monitor outputs - big plus.

Had a problem with a delay in getting a desktop after startup. Was told to bring the computer back to Best Buy by Geek Squad. Did a system restore and that seemed to work.

I would have liked this better if the display was included with the whole set. Bought it on tax free weekend for back to school

Very good computer and boots very fast. The only complaint I have is the USB ports. They are backwards on the top of the unit and it’s hard to plug stuff in.

I needed a new computer and first tried the all in one but I think the crashing and problems with the one I purchased is inherant in the design. I went back to a desktop.
