    Ideal for power users who do photoshop or video editing, though maybe not for high end 3D gaming. I needed speed and memory, and this gave best bang for the buck of any prebuilt computer available at any local store. Setup was fast. I was using it in 10-15 minutes. Ports are clearly labelled and organized well. PROS - fast! - good value (especially on sale) - SSD drive AND a regular hard drive - so far everything I've attached or installed on it worked immediately (except for the included HP bluetooth keyboard) - case is easy to open. has lots of ports. - fan is quiet - two video outputs (both HDMI) for dual monitor setup CONS - keyboard & mouse are not only crummy, I can't figure out how to pair them. No instructions, no bluetooth pairing button, no mention of them on HP Support site. Keyboard is undersized and has cheesy feel anyway. - expandability: there is a spot for 1 more hard drive but there is no free SATA controller connector & no power plug. I ended up unplugging the CD drive to use that SATA port. I spent $5 on a SATA power y-cable. I was able to get my extra internal drive going. - support: wish HP bothered to put support info for everything online. I get zero results when I search for keyboard. and mouse model number is in microscopic blurry print, so who knows.

    I am have a great deal of problems getting my photos to print with any quality . HP photo simple print is not as good as the old version I used. Very disappointed.with this computer. I even tried the photo version that is on this computer and does not help the situation.
