Tried to cancel enrollment in Easy Replenish. Spent two hours on the phone with two help reps who just scratched their heads and were of absolutely no help. Then contacted online help where I was handed off to four reps for nearly an hour - again no help. I even went into the BB store where I enrolled in the program when I bought the HP printer. I was passed along to four different people the last of whom said the program can only be cancelled online but he had no idea how. Avoid this program like the plague!

it's a good idea, but they pulled money out way before ink was low, i find it better to purchase myself, knowing that I have the funds available

I enrolled in easy replenish and it just didn’t work. My printer ran out of ink and I had to manually go online and order some. I spent a LOT of time online with tech support to see why it wasn’t ordering automatically and finally was given a phone number to call for more in depth support only to be told by the phone tech person that I had to reach out to the online tech support because they couldn’t help. Long story short: It doesn’t work.

Started off great, however the cartridges stopped coming after a few months which they seem to be having difficulty resolving!

I could NEVER get this to work, tried to sign up multiple ways, and finally gave up because their website was so screwed up it wouldn't process anything and kept asking me for the same stuff constantly. I work in I.T. and have for 20+ years, never had issues working things like this, but on this one I simply couldn't get it going so I forefited my ability for free ink for 6 months... lame.

To date I have been unable to connect to the program as it continues to say I need to enter my serial number at HP, which it is and no way to bypass this. I followed the setup steps exactly and even HP says I am connected to Best Buy plan yet according to Best Buy I am not. I would not recommend this plan to anyone.

It’s an okay service if that’s what you want...I was miss lead on how it works...but it could be great I prefer to just buy ink when I need it

This the second time that my order has been delayed. If anyone is thinking of using this option I would suggest you always have a spare on hand. This time it will be 10 days since my order was placed. I ran out of ink today and my “easy” replenish order won’t be here for another two days. Don’t rely on this ordering option.

signed up, and ran out of ink before replacement arrived --and I don't use printer much. When the ink did arrive, they sent the black and cyan , the magenta arrived a week later and the yellow never did show up! Also tried to get problem solved using chat, with no success at all. Totally unsatisfactory.

This is the worst service and customer service possible! After spending 4 hours on and off the phone with them on 2 different days, I canceled the service. They couldn’t figure out how to merge my 2 accounts and kept charging my credit card and sending ink to an old address, so we would never receive the ink.

I tried to cancel this plan, I talk to twelve different people at their number none of them knew how to get the cancelation done. Then I called Best Buy headquarters. I told the operator that I was going to continue to call headquarters until I spoke to a supervisor. She told me she was going to connect me. She put me on hold and never came back on the line. What terrific service from best buy

It is good for the price. Easy set up. But small capacity for paper storage, a bit slow in printing, a bit confusing how to scan.

I continue to get the "Action Required" message saying that I need to register my printer at HP.com. However, the printer is officially registered with HP and the Geek Squad confirmed it. I expect to run out of the starter ink shortly that came with the printer. Geek Squad told me 2 weeks ago to give it 24-48 hours to reset.

My printer is out of ink. Thought the ink was ordered when the printer was getting low. Not sure if this is worth the trouble. When I called Best Buy, the geek squad wasn't helpful at all. Guess I'll have to make a trip to Best Buy to get this figure out. Best Buy pushes this service when you buy a printer. I would think twice about it!!!!!!

Tricked into the program when I purchased the printer. Had no idea I signed up. Now there is no way out. Went to the store, told to call HP. HP says it's Best Buy. Best Buy online says the printer is no longer available so Easy Replenish changes are no longer available. Called Best Buy support twice and they say I have to cancel online or cancel my credit card.

What a nightmare? What's going on, Best Buy Replenish, HP replenish, give everyone your credit card, eat up my wifi bandwidth, get a dozen alerts on all devices... waste an hour or so setting this up with the promise of 5 months free ink and get NOTHING DONE. arghhhhhh!

I tried to sign up for this, It was a confusing procedure with passwords that the system said was correct and the next screen would tell me I didn’t know the password. I finally gave up after attempts on several attempts on different days. I decided it was not worth the trouble.

Dis not get ink delivered before I was out of ink. Never got blue color replacement even when printer says low ink. Not impressed with the replenish process. Customer service was clueless about products and process.
