Despite two hours on the phone with Best Buy, Geek Squad and even HP, I could not get Easy Replenish to work for my HP ENVY 7155 printer. Extremely disappointed. I gave up and ordered ink online. The printer works great, but Easy Replenish was a failure for me.

Totally sucks! I've just spent 2 hours trying to set up the ink replenishment program. Won't set up, put in my credit card and all it wants to do is to get me to take YOUR card. Erased all my data. This is after 2 1/2 hrs today trying to get my new printer to work with HP. Printer is finally working, at the moment!

It says I enrolled in Easy Replenish. For me, there has been nothing easy about. It has been very time consuming to try to automatically order ink when low. Easier to just go to the store and buy it.

I NEED TO CANCEL THIS!!!! IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL. ONLINE SUPPORT COULN'T CANCEL. PHONE SUPPORT COULDN'T CANCEL. NO OPTION TO CANCEL ON THE EASY REPLENISH PAGE. NOT ONLY IS THIS SERVICE TERRIBLE, IT WAS SENT TO AN ADDRESS I CHANGED OVER 2 YEARS AGO!!!!

After purchasing a printer and signing up for an ink replenishment service, I wasn't able to complete the installation/agreement. I have gotten multiple daily advertisements, but I haven't been able to contact any representative (phone or chat) for help. At least, I'd like to quit getting ads I don't want.

I am unable to signup for my easy replenish service . It’s not letting me add a payment method. Ive run out of ink and now i have to buy ink separately. Very disappointed . Maybe I’m doing something wrong but i am not pleased by this service.

You painted a pretty picture on easy replenish of ink cartridge. I am a school educator and I depend on my printer working all the time. I am very dissatisfied with your service. I Need an explanation on why my subscription was not fulfilled.

Horrible. Waited 45 minutes for call-back... spend 30 minutes on the phone with agent...she put me on hold (after taking a call-back number)... another agent picked up the phone ... and hung up on me...never got a call back and now need ink.

Need help getting ink HP Easy Replenish not easy. HP person guide me through?? Printer works fine but running out of ink. Need help enrolling.

Easy replenish is anything but easy. I had to eventually just go into the store to get the ink I needed. When I called support to try to get help figuring it out I was put on hold for a long time and then hung up on.

Somehow there was a problem with my HP account setting up the printer. Therefore we were not able to set up the auto replenish her system. There was a tremendous weight time with Best Buy, so I just ordered it on Amazon.

My printer says it is low on black ink. I have tried to contact someone to see what I have to do to get the ink. There seems to be no way to get information. I purchased the ink replenishment plan on February 13, 2020.

Called to end program and got no response. Tried to use ink and told not in program. Month later got email saying I was in program. Have only had HP printers in the past. Throwing this one away and buying a different brand.

I wasted more ink printing out claim codes trying to enroll my printer that by the time I actually get it working im going to need to replenish the ink. Its still not allowing me to pass step 2. Ridiculous

This has been one of the most frustrating things I have tried to do in a long time. Simply put, it doesn't work. I can not get our printer registered even though I have followed the setup steps perfectly.

This was never fulfilled as promised and I don't think it's right! I tried talking to several people at Best Buy and everyone was dumb founded! Im still p.o.

I can’t review what I still haven’t received. It’s been well over a month now and I haven’t received my initial order of ink. In fact, I’ve had to go buy ink because the ink cartridges that came with my new printer didn’t work.

The least intuitive program ever to set up. After finally ALMOST getting to the end "Best Buy" tells me that action is required to finish enrolling and posts no link on how to do this.
