Great Idea - Abysmal Execution

Wrong ink size

Stinks, horrible registration, will not connect
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought an eligible printer for this program, followed all directions and it said I was deregistered at Best Buy.. HUH??? I called BB and the printer mfg, and no solution. I went into BB for help, and no solution. They tried returning and reselling same printer to me on paper, and I then tried again, didn't work. I then returned printer and purchased a new one with a different serial number. Guess what.....Didnt work, message says it was deregistered at BB. Cant get them to connect. On the printer website it says it is all fine. I even got a message that my printer is now regifted on the BB site, but when I got their site and click on easy replenish link, it says my printer has been deregistered..... UGH!!!! Don't get this program...It has sucked so much time and energy from me, I give up and next time I will buy an HP printer and go back to HP Instant Ink...
