We weren’t aware of this program. However, a representative from HP was at the store and explained the program to us. So far, it has already paid off and we do not have to leave our house to get ink.

I would always forget to check my ink because in always on the go. With HP instant ink, it does the work for me. It's one less thing I need to remember. Makes my life just that much easier. Thanks HP!

I'm glad someone thought of this. I always run out of toner.

Printer monitors my ink consumption so I never run out of ink. When it gets low a new cartridge comes in the mail. For $2.99 a month this is less than I was paying for 1 cartridge w/my last printer. Can't get any better than this!

I thought I was buying a discount card for the HP Instant Ink plan. Instead what I got was a $5 prepaid card toward any regularly priced HP instant ink plan. Luckily HP let me apply the $5 credit to an HP instant ink account. Not at all explained that way in the ad. I paid $5 and I got a $5 credit so no money lost but a big misunderstanding for sure.

Great feature of the HP printer. When the ink gets low it automatically orders more and it's mailed to my door. By the time I realize the ink is low the replacement is already waiting.

if you run out of ink, need to get it at a fraction of the price, and have it right when you need it, why wouldn't you want to sign up for this service?

Glad I signed up for this program. Ink is sent directly to you as needed. I don't worry about having enough ink on hand. Good way to keep track of your monthly printing.

I love never having to stress about how much my kids and I are printing, never having to stress about ordering ink at the right time. No more getting stuck with empty ink! Yay! And totally afforable!

I really like this new plan. I hadn’t looked into until the salesman told me about it. I’m going to save at least 50% on my ink and I don’t have to drive to pick it up.

It is great to get toner shipped automatically as needed.

Always received new ink cartridge before supply exhausted. It is convenient and saves money. This is the second printer I am using HP Instant Ink.

Signed up for instant ink and it work great. Only tricky part is signing everything up for it and linking it to your printer. Other than it its really cheap for ink.

The HP Envy printer is fine, very good color, etc. Problem is that the "free ink) offer that came with it is a complete infuriating failure! NO ONE can get it to complete. Still have a senior Rep from HP in Toronto working on it but I do not expect good results. The 7 days is way over, I have used a lot of ink trying to make it work, but NO. You shouldn't offer something if you don't mean it. The Greek Squad couldn't help. What gives?? R Ritter

Finally you can print and print without the worries of running out of ink. Simply reorder when low and within days your ink arrives. No more rushing to the store when you run out at the last minute.

Never having to buy ink cartridges ever again is so great. Paying for the pages you use is such a money saver. I'm printing 250-300 pages monthly. Spending $120 for color and black, saving me almost $600 a year in ink costs.
