Since I don't print that much, this is perfect for me. Free to print under 15 pages a month, and I don't have to make a trip to the store for new ink.

I loved that it showed up right before I needed it! I wasn't even paying attention to my ink and about the time it let me know I was running low, it appeared on my doorstep!

Please when you buy a Hp call first before buying this to see if HP cover your printer. I bought one and they do not cover my printer. but if did sounds like a great deal if you print a lot.

I purchased this option with my HP printer and so far it has worked for me. No need to go buy ink as the printer sends the info to HP. It just comes straight to your mailbox.

Very happy that my ink is automatically sent when necessary but I always have a spare. I don't have to worry about running out of ink. And the savings is amazing!

This is such a nice concept and simplifies the need to purchase ink replacements at a very affordable price depending on your own personal plan of choice.

if you don't print much then get one of the HP printers that allows for the free plan. 15 pages per month free, 10 cents per page after that. keep your printer online and hp will send you cartridges when you need. ---- but I recommend searching online for a "4 color printer purge" picture to print out periodically to keep the ink working if you don't print much so you don't have to waste time doing the clean blasting ink out routine when you do need to use it.

A must-have if you print a lot. HP makes it easy to sign up and change plans.
