This program is the greatest. This is the reason we purchased an HP printer. Having ink delivered to the house automatically is quite a service.

Good Idea to save money on ink.. We dont use that much ink monthly but need a printer just incase so this plan works out great.

Its been great so far. Having never to run out of ink has been wonderful. Never having to run to the store last minute saves alot of time and money.

So far so good on this plan. Convenience is great. Only time will tell whether it saves me money vs buying my own ink.

I was reluctant to start this, but when I was installing the printer drive on my laptop, I was guided in setting this up!

I print a lot of photos and letters with my kids. It is very convenient knowing ink cones before you run out and the plans are reasonably priced.

Getting my ink shipped is so much more easier than going out and buying it. It's cheap also! It's great if you're constantly printing.

It's a subscription for ink that works on number of pages printed. In the almost 2 years I had this subscription set at its lowest I never needed ink so I was basically throwing money away each month. When I finally went to discontinue the subscription the service finally offered me a even more minimal subscription that was free. And Still I print so little that I have not needed ink. I only print 2-5 pages every month or so. If you print alot this is for you

Great program to is very economical and convenient. Love the fact that we can pick the number of pages to subscribe to and the ability to roll over.

It's nice to receive ink cartridges when one or more is running low since we don't have to remember to buy/order more. However, this service works by charging for each printed page, which we didn't want and didn't understand when we bought it. We regret having bought it and signing up to activate the service. Now we are very reluctant to print anything. It's a convenient service, if you don't mind being charged to print per page.

at first, this seemed like a great idea, until i figured out that this product only works if you allow HP access to your computer. it's a corporation and spyware creator's dream. it won't work unless you allow HP access to your hard drive. who knows what else they're keeping tabs on. this program also encourages waste. other in-store ink programs reward you when you recycle ink cartridges. this one encourages you to just throw empty ones out. and besides these things, if you go over your allotted pages (and a page doesn't mean a full printed page, but instead anything printed on any page, even if it's printed in error), you pay overage fees that will really add up. imagine hitting your limit and having lots more to print. it'd be like going over your phone data limits and having to eat the fees because you have more you need to do.

Nice ! Takes the guess work out. Printer communicates with HP to say when you need ink. They even sent it a little early before I ran out of ink.

First delivery of ink arrived within a week of installing printer. Still waiting to see how efficiently it measures and orders ink.

Always buy HP products for HP printers. Avoid the annoying messages that your printer will give on knock offs

I only use my printer for personal use, therefore do not print that much. Very convient to have the ink delivered to my home.

I just purchased and love the convenience of the program. I already got my first replacement ink in the mail.
