Wasn't sure about this new program and since there was a free trial, thought to try it. Not really worth it since I guess I print a lot. The problem is that it counts every page even if not much was printed on it. And if there was some sort of error or something. You will get charged if you go over the amount per month that you pay for. I can find ink at a reasonable price and not get charged more. Not worth it for me. Once free trial is over I will be cancelling.

It's good if you know how many copies you make per month. It's a hassle to have to buy more copies in a month. Who wants to worry about the amount of copies they make?

This ink program is a must for anyone using an HP inkjet printer. Now I don't even need to think about getting ink when I run and and the pricing plans are not too expensive.

I love this idea and for me it is a life saver. No more having to worry about running out of ink or when I can get to the store to buy cartridges. Wish I bough this earlier!

Would recommend the ink program. No more shopping for ink. Although they sent additional ink really quick after we bought printer. Haven't needed yet.

Having my printer communicate with HP, and having HP mail my replacement ink cartridges to me before I run out of ink is terrific. Ink color is very sharp. Overall a wonderful new feature from HP.

I like this setup that HP has for ink. Already received our first replacement cartridges. I really like that I don't have to think about it and we will always have new cartridges ready to go.

I haven't used it yet but read all about it and believe it will fit my needs to a "T". Very pleased the salesman told me about it and recommended it.

just started using this. appears to be a good program. will find out in the near future. It will be nice not having to run to a store to purchase ink.

I continue to have offline issues when i.use the instant ink, and when it comes online i get charged for pages I didnt print. Not sure I will keep it.

I am still in the trial stage. It will take some time before I really know how it works. I like that the ink comes in the mail when you need it.

We have our program cartridges but have yet to actually install them & start the program because we have not yet run out of ink. That said, I really don't think you can go wrong at from 4 - 6 cents per printed page, especially if you are printing photos. It's a bargain and best of all, you'll never run out of ink when you need it most ! If you rarely print or only print a few pages (8-10) per month then maybe it's not such a great deal. To me, the convenience alone is well with the few bucks per month. Never have to go to the store to buy ink again, (or wait for it to be delivered some time next week), and never worry about running out when it's needed most..

The first ink was delivered shortly after my purchase. I haven't printed much so far because I haven't have need, but will soon be doing more.

This is a great deal! Do the math! A friend had been using it a couple of years and talked me into it and I'm so glad she did! I don't print that much, so I chose the 50 pages a month plan for $2.95 @ month. ( If I don't use the pages I can rollover up to 150 pages to use when I need them.) HP sends me ink whenever it detects I am running low on black or colored ink at no additional cost all year. Think of it, a black cartridge costs $40 bucks or more at the store, and I'm paying less than that all year for all I need of color or black ink! I've never printed everything in color before, but now I do, and it costs me nothing except my monthly fee. It's still a good deal if you do more printing. Just look at the plan and "do the math". You can cancel at any time, no contract. I love it!

Have only used for about a month. I like the instant tank web site. Well designed and keeps you well informed about your printer use. Ink delivery is very efficient.

I like the idea of not running out of ink at the most inopportune time and having the freedom to adjust the service to meet my volume needs is a very attractive feature.

$5 per month with I think 2 free months works out to a very reasonable price for the number of copies (photo and black & white docs.) I need, not to mention the great convenience of never running out of ink. I find I worry less about printing multiple copies of things rather than running out for batch jobs, and I don't hesitate to print photos when I want them for a quick scrapbook page or otherwise.

Haven't burned through too much ink yet but never having to worry about running out is awesome. Automatically shows up at my door before I need it with never having to do a thing. I love it.

i love the fact my printer knows when i will run out of ink. the monthly memeber ship is great.. i love the fact you only my for the numbers of papges printed and not how much ink you use ...

This product is nice to have so that the ink is sent to you before you even know...I will not be in a middle of something and run out of ink.
