    It will meet your need if you do not have a lot to print. 2.99 to print 50 pages is a good deal.

    The concept is that the printer will communicate with HP and you will get ink as you need it - never run out of ink. As we just obtained this printer for home use, not sure how well it will all work out. Pricing depends on how many pages you print each month, something we have never tracked before. In summary, I like the concept but need more time to see how well it works for my small household - myself and wife, offspring sometimes print when they are visiting.
