I love the process HP has created for keeping me in ink -- I'll never worry again whether I have what I need to get my work done. There is NO DOWNSIDE to this solution!

Program was easy to sign up for with no commitment. Hopefully this plan pays off because sometimes it was an inconvenience to go buy ink, now ink will be sent to my house.

I absolutely love the fact that I don't have to run to the store to buy more ink. The fact that my printer communicated when it is low and it is just auto mailed to me .

Ever come home after a hard day's work, sit down to work on computer more only to find out that you cannot print because the wife and kids have used all the printer ink and did not replace it--putting you in a tight spot? This solves the problem. When a certain minimum threshold is reached, the ink is sent automatically to you before you run out. Problem solved. Best deal I ever made.

its like a dream ink at 2.99 mo. never running out,never running to the store! unbelievable pricing,where as i was spending 60.00$ every 2 months i now spend 2.99 a month!

I recommend this to anyone who uses their printer regularly. It is extremely cost efficient and very easy to sign up for. I have no complaints about the service nor quality of ink. There are several plans to choose from so you can get what fits your needs plus if you go over for a month the adjustment is made and is again, cost effective.

I find this link resupply plan to be very cost effective and convenient. The printer automatically monitors your ink usage and sends you ink way in advance of anticipated use. The price is based on pages actually printed and it's very affordable. They have already sent me my first shipment. I'm very pleased with this plan so far.

The HP instant Ink program is fantastic! I'll admit, I had my doubts at first but I thought, why not? I'm so glad I tried it. It's a fantastic service that sends you ink before you need it. You can change the amount of pages you buy every month based on your needs and you can roll unused pages over to the next month. I do a lot of printing and this has been a true time saver for me.

I love this idea how to save ink for a year. It just $36 for a year with unlimited ink.

Very convenient to have ink delivered to you. Much easier than remembering to buy ink and going to a store. And it's easy to start the service.

You get a lot of ink in the cartridges that come with this program. It takes forever to run out of ink. And really...you don't run out of ink since HP will send you ink well before you need it. The program is easy to use and if you need to adjust your monthly plan it's super simple. I love this program.

Ink for the HP Envy 7640 (this ink) is economical and not messy. Prints cleanly with minimal waste. Printer itself functions flawlessly with this ink.

My welcome kit showed up in about 2 weeks. I didn't have to do anything. Now I don't have to worry about running out of ink.

Like many others who have posted here, I have found this program to be a complete and utter rip off...they want you to pay and pay and pay, even if they're not sending you ink cartridges because you're not using the 'monitored' ink, for whatever reason. If you stop paying the monthly fee, even though you have full ink cartridges THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR, THEY WILL SHUT OFF THE INK CARTRIDGES WITH THE EMBEDDED CHIP AND HOLD YOUR REMAINING INK HOSTAGE. And their customer service is beyond disappointing. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER HP PRODUCT AFTER MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PROGRAM AND IT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS. I signed up for a free promotion for this program when I purchased my new printer. I've had internet connectivity issues with the printer and have only used the printer a handful of times over the 6mths I've had it. I haven't even needed to insert the brand new, still wrapped replacement ink cartridges that they have already sent me. I changed credit cards and failed to update my new credit card info on their website, so they did not receive the monthly payment for their Sept 3rd-Oct 2nd billing period (it is currently Sept 21st) I wasn't in any rush to update my info because I was considering that there didn't seem to be any value for me with this program. I discovered when I went to print a page, for the first time in a month and half, that my printer no longer works, and displays a message saying to contact HPink.Com. Upon calling their customer service line, I was told that unless I kept paying the monthly fee, they will not turn my ink back on, and I cannot use any of the ink that I already have, AND EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVEN'T SENT ME INK IN MONTHS. I currently have 3 unopened, unused ink cartridges that were sent to me previously, and a full black cartridge that I had just opened, that are completely useless to me. AVOID THIS PROGRAM LIKE THE PLAGUE...unless you are able to print right to their limit every month (don't go over or they'll charge you even more!), or you don't mind paying regularly for nothing...

I think this ink program is going to save me money and I like that they send the ink based on usage sent via internet connection.

Ink arrives in the mail prior to requiring it so that you have it when you need it. Using for personal use. Can mail back empty cartridge to recycle.

Such a great product, my ink cartridges are deliver straight to my work prior to me needing them. I never have to go to the store! Highly recommend.

I love the idea of the printer keeping up with the number of pages I print and then it mails me the new ink every month. Whoever came up with that idea is very smart

Cost effective monthly plans depending on your usage (their ink cartridges are bigger than your average so they last longer & for the price its a steal), I get it shipped to my local post office for pickup (would get it right to my door but post office does not deliver up where I live) & you don't have to worry about running out because they'll send you ink before you know it. I think it's a great deal! The only thing is you must have it hooked up to the internet at all times otherwise you'll have to do what I do. Since I don't have internet up here, I have to connect it to my personal hotspot from my cell once daily. I log into my account & refresh it everyday this way it updates my account & I'm not out of the loop. So it's most definitely possible! The other thing I love is Instant Ink creates an email account for your printer. So for those that can have it connected to the internet at all times, you can send anything your printer email & print it from your printer. Now how cool is that! Instant Ink is well worth it!
