I was very pleased with the free no th of ink and the set up was really easy.

the black ink leaked into the printer and it could not be fixed. Had to buy a new printer.

Sounds like a good deal as we usually spend at least $80.00 a year on ink. I signed up for the 300 pages a month for $11.99 per month as we are dealing with a lot of printing for our folks whose house burned down in the Oregon Beechie Creek Fire. I'm a little concerned as we only printed around 100 pages & we got a low ink warning on the printer. Then about 25 pages later we got a very low ink warning & it won't print until we get new cartridges which should get here Monday about 10 days after we got the first low ink warning but we'll see. I thought we would the ink before we ran out.

Finally a great deal where I know I will always have ink!!

Love this service. It's very useful and eliminates the need to keep re ordering cartridges. The only thing I don't like is the unused pages don't rollover past 30 days. The first few months I wasted a lot of pages that didn't rollover. Very useful of printing pictures/ invitations/ color images etc that use a lot of ink.
