This program is a great way to never run out of ink and save money in the process. My ink usage is monitored and when I get low it automatically sends me more ink cartridges by mail. I am on the $5 per month program which allows 300 pages a month for the trial period and 100 pages a month after that. I have the option to change plans at any time. A great idea if you ask me.

Heard about this (1 month free) when I bought my new printer. Surprisingly it is cheap enough that I can stop looking for old ink cartridges on eBay. The first thing that they send you is a special super large capacity ink cartridge set that should last a LOOOOOONNG time!

I just purchased a new printer, mainly so I could enroll in HP's Instant Ink program. I HATE buying ink. I don't want to spend 2 hours tracking down the least-expensive ink option, then dealing with off-brand ink that causes error messages to pop up when the tank is sitll half full. This removes that problem entirely.

Remember the time when you would run out of ink, and then you would have to run to your nearest store to get more and end up spending 30+ dollars. Well that's now a thing of the past. With this smart ink program your cartridge now knows when its running low and automatically sends a signal to the HP facility to mail you your replacements; which you would then receive in the mail.

This service is a no brainer, so reasonable and convenient

I was a little hesitant at first but after being told the first 3 months were free I was sold. I already received the replacement cartridges as well in the mail. Which came in a perfect size little box for the mailbox, I hate it when you miss the mail-person and have to mess with my schedule to get it. I have already recommended this program to my whole family.
