    Once I received the cartridge everything has been great. But it took 10 days after initial signup. In that time I purchased a cartridge to hold me over until the ink by mail arrived. The cartridge I purchased on my own wasn't recognized by the system and would not work. They were opened but unused, I couldn't return them and I'm out a lot of money.

    We've only had this a couple of months. We have received our first order and haven't used anywhere near the copies we purchased. Waiting until we've had it a year or longer and can truly compare savings before I give it a whole-hearted thumbs up.

    For 5 dollars a month plus taxes I don't have to worry about going out to buy ink. The printer takes care of the ordering. It's shipped to me, no fuel expended on my part. It is worth the price to have the convenience always having ink at a known price.

    I was skeptical about a ink service especially from a printer manufacturer, but I have been pleased with this new service/option and the price is very reasonable. I will need to see if I agree after I few months, but so far happy I made this investment.
