    This program is awesome. I never have to worry about running out of ink when Best Buy is closed - used to happen every time. They send you the first shipment right away so you always have extra ink. The system constantly monitors your levels and printed pages and automatically send more if you need it.

    I am not using this program because for one I haven't the foggiest clue how many sheets of paper I use in a month and I don't want charged if I go over and don't want to be charged for what I don't use. That is how I understand it. I really don't understand the program.

    I didn't know what I have gotten myself into with this but my daughter and son in law explain to me that with this plan I didn't have to keep going to the store and buying ink cartridges that HP would monitor my ink level and send as needed all for 4.99 per month. 60 per year I don't have to worry about running out of ink and get 1200 sheet to print.

    Have to leave printer on at all times for HP to monitor this and do not do high volume color printing. Not worth it for me.

    Found the pamphlet when buying the printer and it seems like a good deal for reduced ink cartridge costs. Really like that I should always have a spare cartridge on hand. Don't print a lot, but do print photos and the color cartridges go more quickly.
