Have not been involved with this very long but as soon as I signed up just a few days later I had my refill kit and will not be charged until I put them in the printer. The printer is always connected to internet so HP knows when you start using your refills. Can always switch to a lower price if you don't use as much as you thought you were going to use.

You need the claim code for your printer as part of the set up process, which was not easily accessed. Had to get on the phone with customer support, who was great, but also had a little trouble. It seems like it should be an easier process.

Great plan automatically sends you ink when needed

This is very confusing, I have been enrolled only a short time and I really don't understand just how it works. I get notes about the pages I use in the printer and I got my first shipment of ink, but I'm not certain where it goes from here.

I have been an HP instant ink subscriber for more than a year and I am happy with this membership. The instant ink prepaid card is very easy to use. I once had an issue with one of the cards but it was easily resolved by their customer service team.

It's a great money saver!! Definite worth the buy!!
