Have not been involved with this very long but as soon as I signed up just a few days later I had my refill kit and will not be charged until I put them in the printer. The printer is always connected to internet so HP knows when you start using your refills. Can always switch to a lower price if you don't use as much as you thought you were going to use.

I really like that my ink was sent to me before I ran out.

I love the convenience and flexibility of this plan.

This Is a great deal you don't have to run out and buy ink,

Only had for a few months but so far so good, I have the cheapest plan as I don’t print much but have had to add pages once or twice, still trying to decide if it’s the most cost effect for me

I would recommend this to anybody that prints a lot

You need the claim code for your printer as part of the set up process, which was not easily accessed. Had to get on the phone with customer support, who was great, but also had a little trouble. It seems like it should be an easier process.

Love getting ink delivered and never running out...

This is very confusing, I have been enrolled only a short time and I really don't understand just how it works. I get notes about the pages I use in the printer and I got my first shipment of ink, but I'm not certain where it goes from here.

I did not get my instant ink on the 20th of April the address is p.o.box 473 Williston Florida 32696 the other address is 5331 NE 140th Ct Williston Florida 32696 did not come to this address
