You need the claim code for your printer as part of the set up process, which was not easily accessed. Had to get on the phone with customer support, who was great, but also had a little trouble. It seems like it should be an easier process.

This is very confusing, I have been enrolled only a short time and I really don't understand just how it works. I get notes about the pages I use in the printer and I got my first shipment of ink, but I'm not certain where it goes from here.

This is a great program for the average user at an economical price.

Definitely a money saver. Already received ink cartridges within a week of setting up. The sign up process was difficult and quite honestly I don't think it accepted my code from the store. I guess we'll see when I get billed.

The price is excellent for those that print a lot.

Have not been involved with this very long but as soon as I signed up just a few days later I had my refill kit and will not be charged until I put them in the printer. The printer is always connected to internet so HP knows when you start using your refills. Can always switch to a lower price if you don't use as much as you thought you were going to use.

Love this ink program. Definitely saves you money$$$$.

I'm still not certain I understand how this works, but I knew it was available and it came in handy when I needed to replace ink. (I couldn't believe the store had no ink!!)

not able to find the model number when looking to set up the monthly delivery. if I have to I will have to go and look for it at the store I don't want to do the monthly delivery if it isn't the correct model that is on line when looking
