Just gift cards. They do what they were bought for. I wish they were available in larger amounts. I prefer to prepay for the instant ink subscription rather than have them withdraw it directly from my account or card.

I was on the phone for 1 hour with HP Tech support and I still was not able to sign up for Instant Ink. I use a Mac and it does not support Safari. I installed Chrome and it still did not work due to Cox Communications Firewall. I should give Cox a no star rating.

Not sure this is worth the money. It fit my needs but seemed a little expensive.

I really love this service can't wait to receive my first refill.

Not sure I'll continue this as ink frequently goes on sale at a lower price.

So when I started my business it was hard to keep up with what needed to be refilled and etc. This new prepay option helps to alleviate that stress of when you need to refill your ink. I love this option and urge any new or existing business owners to look into this option for your company.

This program is great so far, haven't had this very long though.

I have not run out ink. I have only received 1 refill this year. I have not checked the current price locally so I’m not sure if it is a good price or not.

I've used HP Instant Ink Plan for nearly half a year now. I print very frequently, especially during my distant learning/working period. So this plan can save me a lot of money on inks and I would never have to worry about when it will run out.

Easy to sign up for this program - so far no problems.

This instant ink service is a great idea. It determines when you need ink and then sends some to your address. I actually got my first spare ink cartridges in the mail before I printed anything because I registered the service before setting the printer up. The cost for the service is great and I do not have to go to any store to get new ink cartridges.

No running to the store to purchase ink for my printer.
