I'm still not certain I understand how this works, but I knew it was available and it came in handy when I needed to replace ink. (I couldn't believe the store had no ink!!)

Instant ink needs something to be able to count/track the # of pages you print. I'm limited to 50/month, but have no idea of the start or end of HP"S count. I wrote them but no reply so far, after about 3 weeks! Love the printer, but not sure of the instant ink unless they solve this problem!

The Best Buy representative explained the HP ink program to me, so I decided to try it. Now all I have to do is open my mailbox and get my ink when my printer needs it. This is a convenient to get ink for your printer, instead of getting in the car and driving to a store to buy more ink.

Finally a company that gives back to it's customers. Many printers are practically 'give aways' because they make their money on replacement ink cartridges. At least now you can better control your costs, and it's automatic, if you keep the printer online periodically to report your use, to trigger a reorder. Loving it!

For the price instance ink is well worth the money.

I like the idea of not having to order ink so often and it is really ordered for me.. Not had it very long, but I am confident it will save me money and time. I am also happy I had such good help in installing it from HP.

Wish I knew about this Instant Ink Program years ago, or however long it's been around. I would have saved lots of money and aggravation on ink cartridges. Might have even been able to use my last printer longer before replacing it

I purchased this Great HP Instant Ink Plan because my wife’s HP printer gets a lot of use and she routinely needs ink for it. Both are daughter and son use her wireless printer for school assignments, so this HP Instant Ink Plan is perfect and came in very handy.
