Had it for over a year and it’s still working great. I also use the ink subscription hp does and that has work great for me. It’s good for your basic printing needs like school work or printing out just basic things.

We hadn't heard of the automatic ink refills concept before. We're anxious to try this as we were buying ink long before we ran out and often reached the expired date on XL cartridges. That was such a waste! Our first replacement cartridges have already arived!

This was included with printer I bought as gift for nephew.

Without this product my new printer would be absolutely useless for anything except sending a fax (who even does this these days?) and for scanning documents. With the addition of ink I can now enjoy the full features of my new wireless networked printer. What will they think of next? Canned Air?

Printer is a gift and will not be opened until Christmas. Ink was free with a purchase, and it has not been used yet. Giving it a 3 for now until we actually get to use it.

First time using Plan with the $5 gift card when I purchased printer. Looks like a great way of not having to worry about running out to get ink. Will see how it goes. Tracks your ink levels, and only sends the cartridge(s) you will need soon.

We now have Instant ink plans for both our printers (both recent purchases). It is very helpful to always have ink on hand ... without any quick runs to Best Buy or other stores. The added bonus is the fact that the cost of the ink is far below what we've paid in the past! Great plan, great service!

I haven't had a chance to use this yet, but I like the idea.

This is great if your print regularly. When you do need refills they send it quickly and also alert via email you when you are low or suggested to change the cartridge. If you don't print regularly it is not as cost effective but it still is cheaper in the long run.

I haven’t used this yet because my printer came with pAper and ink. However it is clearly a value-add so when it is included in the purchase it’s hArd to go wrong.

I haven't had this long enough to really review this program.

I bought the prepaid cards to get ahead on my auto pay. I could not get the card to load, receiving server error. I contacted them on chat and they processed the cards for me for free at HP. Free shipping by Best Buy made them a sweet deal.

This is a very good product. I was working on a project and didn't realize I would need more pages. Luckily, I had just received a package. INK! Project saved! Thanks so much for anticipating needs.

It’s been years since i signed up for the insta ink and i love it! I sometimes print upto 300-400 pages in a month or two and i dont have to worry about anything. Before my cartridges run out, HP has already sent one on its way! This is Genius!! Thanks HP!

If you print more than five pages a month you’re crazy not to have this. You can reproduce all of your old photographs by simply scanning and printing them. This card allows you to print as many pictures as you want per month.

when i purchased a new printer, the sales rep suggested this option for the ink. i politely declined, he ask me to allow him to finish with the recommendation. i then purchased it. the following day, returned it, realized i did not need or want the option but felt pressured.

I really like the monthly plan for ink cartridges. The program automatically knows when I am getting low and ships out my ink! You don't ever have to worry about running out of ink!

So far it has worked out well for us however I am not sure just how easily it tracks everything from our printer. Still need more time to figure out if it's worth it or not.

Basically, you pay $5.00 in advance towards a payment plan that you have to sign up for anyway. So, I don’t really understand it’s purpose. It would be great if you got it free with the purchase of a printer.
