cartridges work great and they take my money every month but i haven't received any replacement cartridges in a long time. i'm worried i'll run out .

Good deal if you want to have auto shipping for ink. Great if you don't print a lot or you even if you do and don't mind a small monthly bill to keep ink on hand as you need it. Great for homeschoolers.

With everything moving to a subscription, the printers had to adopt too. HP has good options for monthly subscriptions. i went for free option which gives 10 pages a month - this free subscription is ending soon though.

I chose not to use this, as I signed up for it with another printer a year ago and as soon as the ink was running low, the printer developed "issues" saying no cartridges installed. I decided to buy ink as needed.

This is the best investment anyone who prints regularly can make. Different plans at different prices based on your usage, and they automatically send ink when your levels reach 20%. Now I never worry about running out of ink in the middle of a project.

This product was free with the new printer purchase. I was not aware of the product prior to that date. Upon reviewing user comments about the product I decided NOT to use it (monthly fee, overage charges, credit card charges, etc.). Many users commented that they were over charged, the cartridges came in late or not at all, but their credit card was charged, cancelling service did not stop the cartridge delivery and credit card charges, no method to return un-wanted cartridges, etc.

just signed up with HP instant ink, the Representative was very customer friendly, she took time to set me up. The ink replacement monthly fees are affordable.

This printer is pretty good has phone printing through HP app. The ink does not last long seem to change it more often than previous model using standard ink cartridges but you have the option for xl cartridges.

I was a bit skeptical when purchasing this ink replacement plan but not anymore. I am wondering why it took me this long. No more hassle or running to the store for overpriced cartridges. I am quite please with this ink program.

We recently purchased a new printer that uses this ink program.......wow! Its awesome! I do not have to buy ink, I just print and the printer lets HP know when I need more and they send it. as long as I don't go over my printing pages (I choose 300 a month) then I owe nothing more.

Didn’t even know about this program. Found out about in the store. Still on trial but already received first shipment. Pleased with pricing according to my use. Will prevent ink from drying out if it sits too long. Was easy to sign up!

When I bought my HP All-In-One Printer..I took out the monthly ink plan...it was easy to set up online..they sent me new ink quickly when it was needed and it is saving me money on buying ink cartridges on my own. Great Deal!!!

This is the best thing to happen to printing. You pick the number of pages you print a month. The ink is monitored through your router and when your ink is low HP sends new ink in plenty of time. There are different programs for the amount you print. I just love not running out of ink.

After almost 2 years this plan is the best option available. I don't worry about the automatic deduction each month as it is so minimum and I always receive an ink cartridge right on time. Thanks again HP!!

This was part of a Christmas gift that we gave our college age grand-daughter. I am not sure if she has set it up yet, but I know she will love the service. I have used Instant Ink for several years and enjoy the savings and the service.

The HP Instant In Plan is the easiest way to get your ink before you run out. You don't even have to get into your car. HP ships it it start to your mailbox. WOW!!! 5 cents or less per page, even an 8.5" x 11" photo.

I have this plan for my printer that I purchased on black Friday it's a nice little feature especially for someone that doesn't use their printer too much I definitely will have to see how it pans out over time the but for the time being I'm happy with it

I got the free instant ink card when I bought my new printer. Gotta say it is so nice having ink delivered right to my door before I even run out. A lot easier than going to the store and buying it.
