When we bought a new all-in-one, the salesperson recommended this because our kids print things for school. We just recently got this, so I don't know yet whether it's worth the price. If we do end up printing enough to make it worthwhile, then obviously it's a good deal.

Don't like paying for ink when the printer messes up.

The printer came with ink and so the free ink doesn't start till I put in my replacement ink. It was supposed to be 1 free month but a code School 3 got me 3 free months. You can cancel anytime.

I needed some toner for my copier. I went to Best Buy where a friendly employee showed me exactly where that part it was and told me about the pricing. I did purchase the toner and was very happy with the quality

Never buy the instant ink. They send it to often and you end up with ink that you cant use when you discontinue the service. I have 5 monthe of ink that is useless now. Also in a years time i paid more for ink than the cost of the printer.

This is probably one of the best options available for printer ink. I love not having to worry about running to the store for ink or ordering it online. The printer notifies HP when I need more ink and they send it. Love the concept.

HP really created an amazing program with Instant Ink. Your printer actually orders ink when you need it, and it is based on the number of pages membership you have signed up for. I love it! PLUS, it includes a return envelope to recycle your old cartridges!

The concept behind this program is genius! I can't tell you how nice it is not having to pay attention to the ink levels in my printer and that the ink is just automatically sent to my house when we're low. We don't print a lot so this plan is perfect!

It's the best way to have your ink never worry about running out of ink because it will come to you monthly quick and easy installation I recommend this

It’s a gift card. What can I say? It is card-shaped, somewhat rigid, and is worth $5. It fits in a wallet and you can throw it away once you’re done with it. As cards go, this is very card-like.

My friend recommended this program as she has done it for 3 years. So I signed up for it also. I am very happy with it. I have only been in the program for two months and have received 2 sets of ink in a timely fashion.

I love this plan. I believe that it is definitely worth the money. The black ink cartridge that they send you is much larger than the original. They send you the ink well before you are going to run out. I would highly recommend this printer ink plan.

However even an MBA can't figure how the set up of this product works. Not user friendly thought it was installed only to find out it was not. Hp was not helpful and left me high and dry when I could not print. Spoke to 4 different people spent a few hours on the phone or at least it seemed that way. One rep told me I had ink the other said I had not ink. The printer stopped printing for a couple of days. The program is convoluted and you have to wait 7 days to get the cartridges it is not an automatic ship so you are screwed if you run out during the process. Fancy printer wish HP supervisor cared more.

I tried this when I bought an HP printer. While in theory it seems like a bargain, it is hard to keep track of the pages printed and easy to go over. I canceled after the free trial.

I decided to give this service a try because for the cost of one ink cartridge, you can have as much ink as needed for a year. If you don't print very often, this plan is perfect for you. I also like that you can increase or decrease the number of pages whenever you need.

Initially I was going to purchase a laser printer because the ink for the other printers are so expensive and if not used regularly, dry out. But I purchased an HP Envy 5530 after hearing about the monthly plan with the HP Instant Ink. I'm really happy with this.

I just purchased the plan so I don't have any comments but within a week, I received two ink cartridges. I had just replaced the ink cartridges so it will be a while before I can use the new ones.

Am still using the ink that came with the printer.

I have been using this HP Ink program for over a year and it is serving me beyond my expectations. I also found it to be cost-saving once you align yourself to the best plan that fits your performance. In my case I am saving more than $100/yr.

Great product, would recommend as it is basically 2 cartridges per year at 5 bucks per month. If you print A LOT or NEVER, then may not be for you, but if you are an average person who prints a average amount of pages per month you would find this program very reasonable.
