Great service- you pay for how many pages you think you’ll print a month- and your printer connects through WiFi to keep HP up to date and automatically send new ink just before you need it!

Wish they would of come out with this way back as always frustrated with buying ink refills,I Ben use to refill my own cartridges but found this to be economical and a lot less messy

Face facts....all of us are busy and this automatic program to send you cartridges saves you the time to run and get a new cartridge because you are out. I wish they had a program with a higher page count, to be honest!

Because of covid19 I haven’t used my printer a lot since I needed it for work stuff and Im not working right now so I don’t use that many ink (yet) and I already have my refill.

Printer does not have Ethernet connection. I'm a teacher so I bought it for my classroom. I could use it for that reason. Even though it's wireless at my campus I have to use an Ethernet cord

I typically try to manage how much ink I'm using. I hate to run out and I don't like to stock-pile it. So far I've not had a problem with supply. The only potential down side will be that I'm printing more than normal.

I will buy this product again and again. It's good for the price. I recommend it to anyone who needs low cost but good quality product.

Love this because I never worry about ink running out. Billed monthly so minimal upkeep, and ink sensor, reorders ink for me.

This plan is the best idea for me . I don't have to drive to pick up the ink stand there and try to remember the number of the printer, and it will be at least half the cost.

This plan is amazing for those who print a lot per month. Instead of paying $80 every month on ink, I pay $10 and get all the ink that I need as long as I stay within my page limit per month!

This is an intriguing program. I really like that I can switch between types of services offered any time I choose. I love that I don't have to worry about running out of ink. Good value.

I am so glad I got this instant refill ink plan!! I never have to remember the cartridge numbers or forgetting to pick up ink at the store! It automatically comes to me when I am low on ink. LOVE IT!

it is a good idea but they do not have a break down between 100 pages and 300 pages. We use more than 100 and much less that 300.
