It’s a great deal especially when you sign up for the monthly plan. I’m glad I purchased my HP printer and the instant ink is awesome!

I love the wireless feature and wish I hadn't waited so long to go wireless. I hope the 100 pages per month s enough for me...time will tell. I do like the monthly rollover feature.

The ink is great. I just don’t like the subscription that they force you into. Cancel the subscription and just buy the ink yourself is my recommendation.

I selected the 100 pages per month plan and am a few weeks in. Easy to set up and the initial shipment came exactly as advertised. Time will tell if this works out well, but so far so good.

If you have any hp printer then I highly recommend you get this ink program. Easy to sign up ; the at home ink delivery will seriously save you gas and time from the store.

We use the ink service, so it is sent to us as needed. Always ahead of time, so it is here when the printer notifies you to install a new cartridge. Color quality is great.

I had never used instant ink and messed up the set-up. Customer service rep walked me through it, fixed my errors. Exceptional support and ink shows up routinely based on my usage.

For my use I didn’t take it but if you print a lot I suppose it would be great never have to worry about running out

You save more money if you're going to be using the printer every single time, since you have a monthly subscription bass and it doesn't cost that much money.

Had the printer about a month and I still have not needed ink. So I can not review the service that is why a average rating.

Bought this product for my 80 year old mother in law - perfect because the printer order new ink when she needs it - I don't have to go check on it or make sure she buys the right thing - excellent solution for our situation

Received this for free when i purchased the HP Envy printer but have not used it since i'm not in need of this. By the advertising on this it sounds like a pretty good deal if i'd run a small business or was a teacher!

Awesome. Received my first shipment a couple weeks after my purchase.

I love this program. As a college student I print constantly and 10 cent a page adds up, so paying 5 dollars a month does not hurt me because I can print in color and have pages left over from the previous month to use.

I pre-pay for 50 pages per month. When the printer count gets close, I can expect new ink in my mail box!

So easy and much cheaper! Its all done remotely through the printer ink levels, when low they send you new cartridges & a free return package as well to send the used cartridge back!

I purchased this for my mom's printer, works great, automatically sends cartridge you don't have to worry and ordering and price shopping
