I love the convenience and flexibility of Instant Ink. And their customer service is excellent - I don't often find that. So glad I tried instant ink. It's a "brilliant" idea.

Never tried this before but plan on subscribing. Always nice to have money off.

I love the choices provided of when to receive your next shipment. Beats running to the store at the last minute!

A rep was there the day I bought the printer and told me about the ink program. So now the printer orders the ink whenever it starts to get low .so now I'm never out of ink .

I have not had the plan too long but so far it has been efficient and cost effective. They replace the cartridges automatically way before you need them.

Biggest worry after buying a printer is the regular ink refills and HP's Instant Ink offers a solution to that. Good plan for a home user and happy with the service so far.

This is a great deal!!! For me....if I don't print alot....I still have ink...and if I do....I have ink....always!! GREAT deal!!

Haven't used it yet because I haven't ran out yet but it sounds good. If I run out i will have one on the way.

This was part of the printer package, which worked out great as it gave us 5-months of free service.

This ink is clear & concise! I Have had zero issues with the ink or the new ink system. This is a clever & an extremely well thought out idea by hp! Great job by the staff!

This plan is excellent for my daughter while at college. I don't have to worry about trying to get ink for her printer.

So far I'm happy with this service, it was a package deal with my printer purchase and once it was all set up, I got ink in the mail within 5 days!

Good program. I do not have to worry any more about running out of ink. Service is great and for such an affordable price!

unless you use the same number of sheets every month and it fits their model, it doesn't make sense.

The,only problem is no one told us that you only get ink when yours,runs out. Not monthly. So you actually are paying to use your printer.

This was an added bonus for the purchase of the printer. Fortunate to save money on a future purchase.

Perfect idea to save money. If you print on a regular or even once or twice a week. This plan is perfect. And they send youbinl before you even run out.
