I am new to the program, so we will see how it works, However, I do like getting ink before I run out.

This help me have easy access to ink for my printer. Comes right to my door.

This program is awesome. My printer is WiFi and it actually sends a notification when I need ink and the ink gets automatically sent to me. I love it!!

Seems ok but runs out much too quickly. Wish it weren’t so expensive to buy ink for computers

Got it as a promo (free). Received the ink promptly. I have no use for the 300 pgs. /mo. Plan. I will have to change the plan or cancel.

I like the delivery of ink. I just don't like the automatic pricing.

Was always dreading the infamous ink purchase at 60+ bucks a pop. This makes it simpler and my printer let's HP know when I am about to be empty. Win win for me.

Not a bad program. Bought this for my last place of employment. Didn't really get to use it before I left.

This is a great solution to expensive printer ink. Instead of paying for an expensive ink cartridge or cartridges just pay for what you use.

I think HP did a smart thing by offering monthly service with cartridges. It's a pain to have to run out and get new ones eveytimr. Now they just get mailed to you every month.

HP may finally have decided to value their customers. This is honestly a great program. It's hard to believe HP is now in touch with their customers

My issue was infrequent usage of my printer and then having to clean the heads all of the time. I hope this program will solve this issue.

This was part of the printer package, which worked out great as it gave us 5-months of free service.

Never run out of ink. This is such an awesome program. Not doing it is costing you money. You’ll never run out of ink again.

We have not used it just yet but the idea is good. I’ll do a follow up after a year or so

Got this plan and found it very useful. automatically tracks the amount that I'm printing and once it knows that ink is running low it automatically sends new ink.

This was an added bonus for the purchase of the printer. Fortunate to save money on a future purchase.

When we looked at the cost of this program versus what we had spent on ink over the past few years it looked like this will be a much better deal. Time will tell.

I have not used this yet but seems like a good idea for replacing ink. You will always have the cartridges available as needed.

HP lets you know automatically when running low on ink. They send it to you before you know your out which is nice as then it's here when you need it!!
