So far so good. I have received my first replacement cartridges without any problem at all. Its very convenient.

I have not actually used it yet as my printer is new and still has the original ink installed. I do think that it will save me money. We will see.

Not over impressed with the plan. Seems like the savings isn't enough to keep me from shopping for refills.

This was bought for my mom. She likes how there is no commitment; Can quit at any time. I'm not sure how much she'll use it but at least she can stock up a bit

Ink is shipped in a timely manor. Lasts a long time. I printed over my alloted 300 sheets and original ink ran out long after. Still on my replacement cartridge

I purchased the HP ink program and the new cartridges are send automatically based on electronic measurement of my use. I never have to worry about running out of ink.

if you are not a heavy ink user don't bother. if you use a lot i think it will work fine, but to me another way someone keeps track of you

Always buy HP and nothing else just rely on it to get the job done but I do not subscribe to the monthly plan.

Salesman recommended this service and has been working great! Free trial for 6 months before even needing to pay monthly charge which is cheaper than buying myself.
