HP lets you know automatically when running low on ink. They send it to you before you know your out which is nice as then it's here when you need it!!

Got this plan and found it very useful. automatically tracks the amount that I'm printing and once it knows that ink is running low it automatically sends new ink.

I think HP did a smart thing by offering monthly service with cartridges. It's a pain to have to run out and get new ones eveytimr. Now they just get mailed to you every month.

Received free with the printer. Did not signup with monthly subscription. Would suggest for frequent printing.

I haven't heard anything bad about the product yet I'm excited to get to use it when I run out of ink.

I love my instant ink subscription. Whenever I need a cartridge it is right here. Their customer service is excepcional.

I like the different plans that are offered. In some months I print more than others and this service helps me with getting the ink I need.

When we looked at the cost of this program versus what we had spent on ink over the past few years it looked like this will be a much better deal. Time will tell.

It’s been working out for me. I had hard time printing and scanning at the beginning but once I got used to it has been great.

This program is SO awsome. I have saved a TON of money signing up with this monthly plan. Your printer will notify HP when you are running out of ink! LOVE this.

We chose the HP printer because we never have any problems with them. We lucked out that this printer copies both sides. We love it. The color is great!!!!!!!

I have not used this yet but seems like a good idea for replacing ink. You will always have the cartridges available as needed.

I purchased a laptop and printer for my niece in college and thought this would help with the future ink purchases. 50 pages a month seemed right.

Perfect for parents with kids going to school, you no longer have to worry about ink refills. Start with the smallest package, just upgrade when needed.

Excellent program for ink supply for my new printer. Ink is there when I need it and easy to follow instructions for return of empty cartridge.

So I'm not that acquainted with it yet but the idea is great and if it performs as advertised it will save money over time.

Great bonus for buying a HP printer. I haven’t got a refill yet. I don’t print that much.
