So happy with this program. If you have never tried this before, do so. It’s a life changer and I wish I wouldn’t have waited so long!

Bought the printer based on this being available, setting up account was seamless, and I don’t have to worry about running out of ink.

Looking forward to seeing how the program works with our printing needs. Really a win win for everyone. Like having a cartridge ready to go when it is needed.

I have this is easy no worries ,sent to when your inks low very convince ,one reason I bought deal this item must return bought it on line so need return this one

Was a little difficult to get started. Had to enter info twice but customer service helped out

Having ink automatically sent without needing to go to store is awesome. Even if you go over monthly allotment you will just be charged for it and ink arrives.

I was a bit uncertain about this program as I never heard about it before I purchased it. Sign up was easy and the first two shipments of ink arrived just fine.

The plan is supposed to be a more economical print cartridge. Just got started but think it will fit my business use well.

Received this as gift when I purchased HP printer. They should offer something else because people buy ink, not plans.

Don’t know if I want to pay monthly for ink if I don’t use often. May no be a great product for everyone

Like that I can change my printing pages on what I actually print like that I will never run out of ink and easy to pay a low monthly fee rather than a big fee all at once!

Was a nice bonus added to my purchase, will help to refill my ink in the future, can't complain

I received replacement ink approximately 2 weeks after I purchased the printer. Hopefully I will be receiving additional ink as I get closer to requiring it.

Although I did not end up continuing with the service, it is a great concept. I just do not use enough ink for it to be worth it to me.

New card, no one knew the card was changed ! Employees, should be made aware for product changes !

This is such an awesome service. I never have to go buy ink. Its always supplied. My printer sends a message to the company as its getting low on ink, and I never run out.

Worth considering. Nice to not have to run downtown to get some more. The usage tracking is helpful.

different levels of use for ink use- saves you so much money can trade up or down with no issues what so ever!! wish all manufacturers did this- keeps track of what you print-
