    I have not heard from anyone YET about refilling the ink. The ink seems to be a little light at times.

    I love that you can change the amount of pages monthly and that if you dont use pages they rollover to the next month.

    Instant ink is worried free solution if you low ink in your printer. They deliver at your doorstep before you out of ink.

    Best way to keep ink for the printer without spending a lot of money. Even if you go over the allotted page amount, there is no great expense.

    Seemed like a good idea on paper because ink is so expensive. Not sure if we are really saving in the long run because some months we do a lot of printing and other months very little. Print a lot of bad copies that count toward our monthly total. Not a perfect plan by any means.

    With this program there are not more late nights runnings to kinkos or neighbors to print the kids homework. So far I do not have any problem.
