I was excited to get a new printer when I purchased a new desktop computer. The problem I encountered with the set up was the PC would not recognize the printer. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall several times but finally had to hook up my old printer. Haven't had time to contact support and try to fix this problem. Once I get it installed, would definitely give it a 5 star rating.

I love the fact that the ink comes to us, instead of us having to go out to the store. We needed to upgrade to the $9.99 and it is so worth it.!!!
