I was excited to get a new printer when I purchased a new desktop computer. The problem I encountered with the set up was the PC would not recognize the printer. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall several times but finally had to hook up my old printer. Haven't had time to contact support and try to fix this problem. Once I get it installed, would definitely give it a 5 star rating.

I got 2 months free. Haven't used it yet but when i run out it s suppose to send it in the mail.

The cost is too high for what you get. I would rather buy a cartridge when it is used up instead of after a number of pages
