Difficult set up

The problem I encountered with the set up was the PC would not recognize the printer. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall several times but finally had to hook up my old printer. Haven't had time to contact support and try to fix this problem. Once I get it installed, would definitely give it a 5 star rating.
