So far, plan has worked well, notifying user of pages printed and sending replacement cartridges before being needed.

It's great that I never have to worry about going to the store to buy ink and they don't have the exact one I need

This was a brilliant idea for school teachers who print a lot at home and need ink rather quickly.

not happy with it. they told us in the store our printer "should" work for the program. sold us the program with a discount coupon but when we tried to set it up our printer was not able to be used with the program. too much hassle to go back to the store for a $3 refund. im sure its a good program if they take the time to make sure its good for you!

I love this no more buying expensive ink. This plan is just right for my budget.
